Big resort which seemed to be mostly booked by Russian All incl. travelers. Garden Villa was nice, a bit away from the main area which was good, because it can get noisy. Staff very nice and helpful! It doesn’t have a beach per se, but you can simply walk for 5 minutes and find the endless whitesand beach. Very good breakfast.

Enjoyed a very good five night stay here. The rooms are lovely, everything in good working order, clean and fresh.. the grounds are very nice, with a tree-shaded area built above a little sea wall to the beach. The beach itself is clear at mid to low tide, like most places on the west coast, but here somehow there are none of the stones and big rocks that you get on other places, just soft white sand from the beach as far as you can walk out.. really nice. Staffs are lovely and value is good

The bungalows were lovely and quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and always friendly. Nice restaurant. Water was complimentary every day and you could have as much coffee and juice as you wanted with breakfast. The pool was deserted and refreshing. The balcony was quiet and peaceful at all hours. The fitness studio had a great location and more equipment than most. Bathrobes and clean towels every day. The Grandview has the potential to be excellent.

The location is excellent! It is located on White Sands Beach within walking distance of good seafood restaurants. At low tide, one can walk the entire beach. The sea is warm and clean for swimming. The hotel is located overlooking the beach. WIth the sea breeze and shade from the trees, it is pleasant to sit at the beach all times of the day. The hotel offered entertainment options every evening.

It's my favourite place to stay on Koh Chang. The staff are great. It's a lovely place very peaceful. The staff are very helpful and helped me hire a car which came on time and was in good condition. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's about 200 meters south of the beach. The hotel staff was accommodating in our request to change rooms. The workout room was nice as it overlooked the ocean.

Bungalows are with much better interior and styling than the pictures. Common spaces, bar and restaurant are good. Pool has great view. Didnt have any problems with AC, a little weak, but enough at lowest speed at night. Of course, some little geckos in the bathroom, but you are booking a bungalow in the jungle. Have adequate expectations.

Beautiful location and so peaceful. Very helpful staff and they even arranged my car hire. The room was beautiful and I loved the big bath tub! Highly recommended.

The beach was perfect for swimming. The room overlooked the pool and the beach. We ate at the hotel restaurant and at other restaurants on the beach which are within walking distance. There are restaurants on the beach that offer outdoor dining, music and fire shows.

The location was perfect, quiet but very close to the white sand beach. Nice breakfast, comfy and clean room. Everything well maintained, tidy and beautiful view.
